bridesmaids dresses- sorry!!!

we got fsil's bm dresses there in herald square.... HORRIBLE customer service!!! it took literally 1.5 hours to measure 5 girls and have them pay! umm measuring takes literally 5 seconds i dont understand what the hold up was... then are consultant was no where to be found during the time we were trying diff dresses on.... and when the dresses finally came in they called her and we went to to pick up and they insisted they didnt have them, after like 10 minutes of going back and forth they FINALLY found them and they were under the wrong letter!!! (since they alphabetize them according to last name)

eta: they carry afer six and dessy also

honestly, I got a bridesmaids dress from Macys in Smithhaven mall and I hated them too! I was going to macy's bc my friend (whose wedding I got the bridesmaid dress for) suggested we check it out and give them another chance.

i ordered my wedding gown from macy's in herald sq and so far have had excellent customer service.

i dont know about the bridesmaid dresses bc we went somewhere else for them
