Hey ladies,
Just wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with them. I ordered my dress from them in Jan 2006. My intial experience wasn't that freat but I think it was sales person related. My second experience however was different - i had a wonderful girl who helped me and really enjoyed my experience. I am just worried because I haven't heard anything good and was wondering if anyone has had any problems with them - particularly with things not being done on a timely fashion. I can deal with a little rudeness, as long as my dress is ready on time I have yet to hear from them regarding my dress (I know my wedding isn't until 9/07 but I have noticed that some people already have gotten their dresses in) and I am just getting a little worried

I got my dress from there and just ordered my BM Dresses from there as well.

I had a wonderful experience with both times I have been there.

I think they were wonderful IMO

Did you have to get a Hollow Hem done on your dress? If so, that can take much longer since it is special order. I ask because, that is what I had to do as well and my dress is not in.

I don't think so. I have to check my receipt.. I did call in april and I was told that I probably would not hear anything until at least January. The person I spoke to on the phone kind of laughed at me for inquiring on the status of my gown since my wedding was as she put it 'so far away' . I have no idea about dresses and timeframes so I was just asking - you know how it is - your excited and just want to make sure everything is going as planned. I am glad to at least hear that you had a good experience - Do you think i should call again?

I would wait to be honest with you. If the dress is confirmed ordered, I would not worry about it. You have plenty of time.

But, for 2 seconds do not hesitate to call them if you want to. You paid enough money I am sure and they should never mock you.

PS - I also ordered my dress in April for a May Wedding and have not got a call yet. IMO, I don't want to get that call yet either until I drop some poundage
