macy's bridal salon

Has anyone ordered their dress from a Macy's bridal salon? If so, how long did it take to come in. The dress I want is part of a 'confined line' and is only available in 5 different stores (one being Macy's bridal salon). My wedding is in 11 months and I was wondering when I should order.

i ordered my dress from the macy's in manhasset. i love it there!! so far the service has been fantastic. i ordered my dress in december 2002 for my october 2003 wedding. it's due in august.

Hi I ordered my dress at Macy's Bridal in Lake Grove (smithhavenMall). I ordered my dress 8months prior. They say it takes 3 to 5 months to come in. So, I'm still waiting but I feel really confident with them. Is your dress a demetrios dress?

If you are sure this is *THE DRESS*, order it as soon as possible. You can never have it too long before the wedding, unless you change your weight dramatically. Even then, alterations can be made. I'd suggested ordering it now, as a just in case, but ONLY if you are sure.

I got my dress at Macy's Smithhaven, but I bought a sample, so we didn't have to order anything.

I did want to add, though, that the service so far there has been really good!

I would be going to the macy's salon in Manhasset. It is a Demetrios Couture dress. I absolutely love it. It's style #1149. Mims107 posted it for me on the 'Show us your Dress post' since I am a spazoid and still cant' figure out how to do it (in case you want to view it)

firegal, do you know how to read forum mail ? up at the top of the window click on the button that says 'mailbox' I think I mailed you some info on how to post pictures, its really not hard !

I saw your dress from the other post. It is stunning absolutely beautiful!! Go with it :o)!! You could still wait a couple of months just to be 100% sure but I think its great. Good Luck!

Ok... here it is again..

Make sure when you click on the image with the right mouse button to get the properties up, then select the address by dragging the mouse (should turn blue or highlighted) then use the right mouse button again to click on the address to copy. Make sure that your mouse is directly over the selected text when you go to copy or else the address will become unselected.

I didn't order my dresses there (too far for me), but I thought they were very helpful and knowledgable. If you call them, they should be pretty accurate on when you should come in and when to order.

Nice dress, I also have a demetrios dress from Macys in Manhasset. The people there are very nice and helpful. I usually deal with Betty. It's never too early to order your dress. I would go and order it now. It will definately be in by your wedding.

I have two coupons for Macy's Bridal - one expires May 4th (15% off dress) and dont know when the other one does (200 off dress & headpiece). FM if you want either.

I got my dress from macys at smithaven
Lets see...
I ordered the dress in the end of November and it was in by the end of Jan.
my wedding was in March.
I did not have to pay any rush fees or anything

That dress is beautiful!! I ordered my DEMETRIOS from Macy's in Smith Haven Mall & they are great there--i think the dresses take about 9 months to come in--i ordered mine in february and they said it'll be in in July--but mine is coming directly from the designer--(LONG STORY) lol but they are awesome and will have it for you in time!!
