I had originally went to David's Bridal to look at dresses and I felt like just a number to them. I was the 5th bride she helped that day and wasn't going to be the last, the faster she helped me, the faster she moved down the list. One of the managers yelled at the employee because I wasn't up on the platform, when I had stated, I didn't want to go to the platform, the manager didn't seem to care. I changed back into my clothes and went across the street to Macy's. Noreen was awesome. She listened to my likes and dislikes, made me feel comfortable and took the time to search for that perfect gown! And when she found it, I felt it needed a bit more something to it. Her and Carol came up with an idea of adding a little 'bling' to the top which made the dress PERFECT!!! If you want a dress experience that is personable and trustworthy, go see the Bridal department of Macy's Smithaven Mall.

I agree. I went to the one in Manhasset. The Bridal Salon is really nice and the prices are good. They had a trunk show this weekend.

I agree!! I bought my dress at Macy's at Smithaven-Doreen helped me and she was great. I've heard great things about Noreen also! Def worth a look-great prices and they really go out of their way to make you feel special.

I went there. Prices arent that bad. Demetrios isnt all that terrible. I only tried on one dress that was more then 2K. I worked with Gina- I knew her from school and shes such a sweet heart! All the girls there are really nice. Def worth the trip!!

I think it depends on who you have because I had 2 experiences at Davids and 1 was amazing and I loved my consultant and the other seemed to be rushing me out like you said. So it depends

Bought my dress at Macys in Smithtown too. My girls also got their dress there too. So far we have had nothing but great experiences. Going there today to see my dress. I ordered it in Feb and it came in middle of June.
