Macy's Crate and Barrel or Target Registry

Since I'm going to have to re-register for half my stuff... does anyone have a registry from the three above companies that I can look at?

I just want to see the kind of stuff they have... I don't need a lecture on: the state of the economy, my selfishness, or how rude I am for looking into a another store, k? thanks!

I have one on Macy's. Look under Laura Sorrentino.

I also have one on Amazon and BBB. Most of my stuff is on BBB.

ETA: no lectures from me! I just re-registered all of my china at Macy's. FH wanted to kill me b/c I originally made him spend 4 hours at Fortunoff

If I don't register for the beer chiller FH will probably kill me, but I already registered for the wine fridge and the margarita maker... my family is going to think we're three steps from AA.

A fun item???? You want fun??? Here's what FH put on ours:

a Keg-o-rator (his brother is buying this for him)
a Shot Chiller
an Inversion Table
a Digital Camera
a Cotton Candy Maker
a Fondue Maker

ETA: a wine fridge also

I LOVED my crate and barrel registry but my ONLY advice is DO NOT register here just yet bc you will end up changing stuff on your registry lots of times before your shower. Crate and barrel is a seasonal store, they change ALOT of their items every season, many times will replace with something similar but still different. So they can have a set of plates and by next season no longer available anymore.

I registered in november of 07 for March 08 shower and i STILL had to change a bunch of stuff on my registry right before bc it was the next season.

i would suggest bed bath and beyond! they have a great return policy.. ive also heard good things about macys! sorry im no help, we havent registered yet!

i know i miss you too.... teaching and classes are taking over my life!!!

I have heard bad things about Target's return policy. I can't be certain, but I remember a cousin complaining about it last year after her wedding.

We are transferring our Fortunoffs to Macys and BBB. We like that guests can use those 20% off coupons for BBB, but Macys is more convenient for some of our guests.

BTW: I didn't want to offend anyone with a Target registry...I'm trying to be overly sensitive now

We already have a BBB which I love! I just want another one. I'm greedy like that. BBB doesn't carry the lenox pieces I want. So, I think it will be Macy's.

FH wants to register at Target so I might check it out.

LOL - my FH wanted both the Margarita maker and the Kegorator - so - I told him only one and we ended up with the Margarita maker. He also wanted a Dyson vacuum on the registry and he said he would vacuum as long as he could have a drink in his hand - and therefore needed the margarita maker or kegorator to do so... The woman at BBB who was helping us was laughing hysterically!

We have most of our registry at BBB, and a few items on Bloomingdales and lots of glasses and stuff on Crate and Barrel - I LOVE Crate and Barrel - you should definitely check them out!

We have Macys (along with BBB) and I think they are the best. They give you all that free stuff that BBB offers BUT they also give you reward money back. So 5% of purchased stuff off your registry goes in a gift card at the end. Also, if you have a Macys card, 10% of your purchases goes to the gift card too.

The 5% purchased off your registry is also only if you have a Macy's credit card. But it's definitely worth it. And Macy's is constantly sending coupons out to people with their credit cards.
