When I was with my BMs trying on dresses at Macy's, they mentioned they'll match the prices of other stores ('except David's Bridal'). Has anyone ever done this with them?
Update - they do price match. However, if you ask them to do that, you have to pay in full up front.

I don't know if they do it on everything. The way I found out actually was from the ultra rude saleswomen at Macy's Smithhaven. She stood outside our dressing room and eavesdropped on us. My BM started singing the 'We love David's Bridal' song (it was just in her head) and instantly the sales girl was like 'WE WON'T PRICE MATCH DAVID'S - IT'S A HORRIBLE STORE.' We didn't even know she was standing outside! But yeah, I just called them with the lowest price I found on my dress and they agreed to match it if I paid in full. I still don't think I'm going to use them - they have no alterations cap and paying in full seems like a bad idea.
