Macys regisrty returns

How does it work with them? I got a gift from someone coming to the wedding but, I never did my reg at Macy's, we had one thing on it and now it was bought. We already have a coffe pot so we have to take it back

Re: Macys regisrty returns

i'm pretty sure they give you store credit

Re: Macys regisrty returns

We had a registry and a gift receipt and they still would only give us store credit without the original receipt.
