Macy's Registry

A friend of mine is registered there, and many items on her registry are discontinued. However Macys did not notify her. So if you registered there, just stay on top of your registry. You never know! I had a similar experience with BBB.

the biggest problem that i had was with the pottery barn.... they discontinued stuff every day.... my registry is almost at null that you can get now!

I registered at Macy's also. I always received a notification when something was discontinued, both by regular mail and email.
I wonder if it depends on which location you registered at since they all have different people monitoring the Bridal registries from Store to Store.

I was not notified until someone went into the store to buy something....and then my aunt notified me.

Thanks for the info. I recently found out that someone was trying to view my china patterns and the pics weren't that good..luckily I picked Lenox and they have a site where you can see all their patterns. www.lenox.com, if anyone is interested.

I had so many problems with other people's Macy's registries that I decided that there was no way I was going to register there.

Well, one good thing about registering there is that they have sales all the time and coupons in the newspaper, so people can spend less on your gifts and get you much more!
