macys registry insert cards

so i never registered at macys in person, only online and i requested the insert cards through theweddingchannel.com. they never came and i called and noone seems to know what to do to get them to me (something about they cant find my insert cards, lol but they found my registry)

if i just go to macys, will they just give me some?

i wanted to have the ones through the weddingchannel cuz i have it linked to a charity but it doesnt seem to be happening

this was my one problem with them, they wouldn't give them to me at the store, and it took weeks for it to come in the mail.

I ordered them online through the wedding channel website. FYI- I don't think they will have your charity on them. Mine weren't personalized at all. But when guests go to the website, they will see which charity your registry is linked to.

oh yeah, i understand that but my thing is that if i dont include a card or if i just got them from macys (although they apparently dont even do that), people would go directly to the macys site and then i think you dont get the contribution to the charity when people purchase
