During my bridal shower 2 weeks ago I received some lingerie in duplicate. I have a gift receipt to return them. Does anyone know Macy's return policy? Will they give me store credit if I don't find something to exchange it for? I worked their about 4 years ago but I cannot remember the policy! TIA
I think you get a store credit for gift reciepts because that is the only way to refund you- they refund back to the original source of purchase, which would've been the credit card of whoever bought it- So you have to get a gift card for the amount
