Mad at MOH!!

So my sister, who is my MOH, came over my parents house in a panic today, her dress DOESN'T FIT!!! What the hell, she has had the dress since Feburary and decides now, a week before the wedding to try it on?!?!?! Well, she called Jessica McClintock, and unfortunately Roosevelt Field doesn't have a larger size, so they have to order it, and ship it to her!!! Now I am freaking out, because if the dress is too big, she's not going to have time to get it fitted. AND to top it all off, she still has not gotten her shoes!!!

At this point - it's her problem - not yours. Like you said...she had all that time and for her to check now is just insane. As long as your dress is in and okay - just try really hard to let it go. It'll be okay - and many of these places are very good under pressure...they turn stuff around very quickly when it's panic mode.

With all this time how could she not go for a fitting?

Date twin - maybe we really are twins because that sounds EXACTLY like my sister!! For my cousins wedding we were bridesmaids. She was late picking me up for the WEDDING and tells me that she hasn't gotten shoes yet and that my mom just finished altering her dress b/c it didn't fit! On the day of the wedding!!!! But do you know what? It all worked out and it will for you too! Good luck!

P.S. My sister is so irresponsible that when we were rushing to our hair appt, after we stopped at DSW to get her shoes, on the way we ran out of gas!! She forgot to put gas in her car and here we are, with bridesmaids dresses and makeup and shoes in hand, standing on the side of rt. 25 next to her dead car - an hour late for our hair appt!!! Waiting for our 80 year old grandpa to pick us up!!

And yes, it still all worked out in the end!!
