mad at mysefl humpf!

My first dress fitting is saturday :)

My wedding isnt until 9/21/12, but i got so stressed out with work and planning this week that I ate like crap and now feel like doody on a stick. I wanted to feel amazing this saturday. I am going to do hot yoga today and tomorrow , drink lots of water and pray I feel better saturday.

What the heck was I thinking!

Why is your fitting so early? I'm getting married 9/22/12 and they told me my 1st fitting would be 6 weeks before the wedding.

I agree, my first fitting was 4/27, and my next one is 5/19

I hate when I stress eat and I've been doing a lot of it! Here is what I do when I want a 'quick fix' (if there is such a thing!).

Try doing a fruit/veggie flush tomorrow. ONLY eat fruits and veggies - drink lots of water too. I guarantee that by your fitting on Saturday, you will feel SO much better.

Does that flush really work someone told me about it and I was not so sure.. You can eat any kind of fruit or veggie?

I bought my dress last march so I have not seen, nor tried it on since then . I am a super' do it early' person bc I travel alot for work . I also ordered all my custom jewelry to come in with the dress so its my first time seeing it all together. I really wanna start thinking about my veil and I think once I see it all together I will have a better idea of what I want.

My next one will not be until August. I was putting it off but everyone ive spoken to has said it makes no difference bc it is the final two that are for size.

You can go try it on without having a formal fitting. That's what I did when I was in a similar situation.
It is best to do the fittings as close to the wedding as possible because if you loose weight then it needs to be refit anyway.
