MADD strides for a change ...LAST BUMP AND MESSAGE I PROMISE!!

Hey everyone!!

july 10 2001 my good friend Stephen Bosco was killed by a drunk driver. He was only 20 years old. It was one of the hardest things i have ever had to deal with in my life!
This year MADD (mothers against drunk driving) is doinf a fundraiser .It is a 5K walk that will take place June 3rd to raise money for their efforts to help keep drunk drivers off the streets and keep us and our friends and families safe

1/2 way to my goal!! We are having a yard sale this weekend 50% goes to the wedding fund and 50% goes to the walk! i hope people wanna buy my junk!! lol

where is this walk?

3 years ago, my 23 year old cousin was killed on the wantagh pkwy by a drunk driver. he was driving, and my cousin and her friend were both killed. driver lived. it was and still is so very difficult. it still doesnt feel real. this needs to stop! these kids think it's a joke but dont realize we as families are forever devastated by this and they are still alive. it's a shame.

the walk is at farmindale college you can still register is you want if u go to the site i provided you can find the info and join on your own or form a team its not too late!

I am so sorry for your loss i hope you can all find ways to find closure i know how hard it is my heart goes out to you!

I sat in the sun from 8:30am-7pm and hardly made any $$ :( at least i made some $30 is better than nothing! But i got a nice sunburn that will turn into a good tan!!
lol i am going to check my page in the morning 1 last time before i go to the walk to write down my final ammount !! then off to the walk so if anyone else would like to sponsor me and donate please do so tonight!!! :)
