how about a simple no bake banana cream pie?
graham cracker pie crust then mix box of banana and vanilla instant pudding with 2 1/2 cups of milk
line bottom of crust with sliced bananas
then add 1 cup fat free cool whip to tghe pudding mix and put 1/2 into crust then another layer of sliced bananas and then remaining pudding and garnish with some banana slices

oh... that made me remember a choc. cream pie I know how to make! I always do death by choc. so I wanted to do something different. I wanted to make homemade chipwhiches and ice cream truffles... but they'll melt on the way

I love rugalach but is that a good passover dessert? I thought you couldnt have things like that during passover.
