ok so after putting it off for so long ... i wanted to lose more weight but it doesnt seem to be working ....so now my new thoery is ill go try on dresses see how i look in them and use that for motivation to lose weight ... so any way April 15th i am going to try on dresses at Lillettes i am going to try on this maggie dress that i love ... what do i wear when i go? i am completely nervous about this whole trying on dress thing ...
ETA: heres the dress i want to try on (i may not keep it up for long cause i have a feeling FH lurks on here sometimes!!! though i told him not too!!! )
maybe that could be my motivation to get started!!
hope you find something!!!! I'm nervouse about going too! been putting it off!

I would just make sure that they have that dress in the store if you really love it! I didn't have to bring anything to Lillette's when I went, ask for an appointment with Carol she is so sweet. Have fun

thank you i did call and they have it ... they didnt have another Maggie dress i wanted to try on but thats ok cause i really love this one!!!

don't be nervous!! it'll be so much fun...some people wear their own strapless bras and high heels...but you don't need to bring your own..the store usually has a stash that you can borrow...and some also have high heels too...
that dress is gorgeous!!

i wore a strapless bra (but they'll provide you with one if you aren't wearing one) and high heels, but I didn't need those. i stood on little stools everytime i came out. have fun!

honestly dress shopping is the best motivator.. luckily the samples closed on me but i still was like omgg.. it was a huge eye opener with all those mirrors.. haha but have fun with it.. everyone goes through that feeling of i wanna look my best on my day whether you have to lose 5 or 50 pounds.. so dont beat yourself up about it
