It sounds like a great idea. I would start out with a design and put like 25 to 50 custom made to order invites on ebay. I paid someone on Ebay to do some baby shower invites and they came out amazing!!!! Good Luck!!

id probably just move the 'you' over a little bit cause the Y is getting lost in the top of the building

i would actually play around and make the Thank You flush right so it doesn't interfere with the building at all...
