Maggie Sottero

Hi ladies...

I am looking to go try on Maggie dresses tomorrow (and others too) so I wanted to pick a place that has them...

Does anyone have anything good/ bad to say about:

Burton's Bridal in Huntington Station
Village Bridal and Boutique in Babylon
Helen's Private Collection in Commack
Princess Bridal in Farmingdale
Carmela's Bridal Garden in Huntington
Renate's Wedding Boutique in Lindenhurst

Thank you for your help I'm trying to narrow it down!

I've heard good things about Helen's. I wasn't crazy about the customer service that I got at Burton's, but i was BM dress shopping so it might have been different.

I bought mine at Lillette's in Baldwin and I thought they were great and had a huge selection of maggies. (but I know its a hike for you!)

I had nice experiences at Renate's and Burtons. Lillette's not so much....

I was a BM at renata s this past summer and they werent great. I dont think they did a good job with my friends wedding gown at all it just never looked right after the take ins.

And my dress was order was too big just so they had to do a lot of sewing. DId no like them at all.

Oh Helens in Commack is really great the woman that helped me ..her name was Tula was awesome

and maggie has some beautiful dresses

Thanks! Yeah I actually called Lillette's and they only have a late appt open and my sister is in from out of town so she cant really make it that late. I think I am going to try Lillette's next time though...

Definitely Lilettes! They even have some special edition Maggies that you can't find pics of anywhere! I got one at Paradise Bridals in Patchogue but that place doesn't get the best reviews on this site! I sort of wished i ordered it from Lilettes because they had the dress too.

helens was ok, customer service was not so hot but had a good selection of maggie

renates smelled really bad the day i went, it was raining all day but the place smelled like wet dog and gave me a headache

paradise in patchogue had a good selection with decent service

bridal reflections had a good selection and good customer service except sales girl gave 2 dresses way over my budget to try, thankfully i didnt like them

I know a girl had major issues with carmela's awhile ago about a high end dress but I got my Maggie dress from her and I really had a great great experience there.

I was advised not to go to Burtons by a friend that used them. FH me for more details.

I am using Fantasia Bridal in Rocky Point. Im not sure how far you are but they have been nothing but fantastic so far.
