Maggie Sottero brides.....

I ordered a Maggie dress and they said it can take up to 9 months to get in....how long did yours take??

I ordered my Maggie dress in early January and it came in about a month ago....so it took about 4 months.

maybe it depends on the dress...ok so anywhere from 4 to 9 months lol thanks!!!!!!!!

Bridal salons know how long different designers take to come in and order them accordingly. So if you order one over a year in advance and they know it will only take 4-6 months, they will put it on hold for a few months and then order it. That is typically why there can be such different wait times.

Its actually not the store taht puts it on hold-its the manufacturer. They do the dresses for brides as their weddings come. If you order it way in advance they just wait. Same goes with BM dresses

I ordered mine in september and it was in in february

I'm getting a Sottero&Midgely dress and I ordered it in March (I think haha) and they told me that it will be in by August/September!

eta: dress shop told the designer my wedding date was this summer, not November, and it still took 7 months.

And then had to be reordered, because the dress shop placed the wrong order. THe 'rush' order came in 4 months.

Not true - Mine didn't take CLOSE to that long, and I did not have to rush it.

I ordered mine at the end of February and it came in last week.

I got mine through Lillette's in Baldwin.

Yes, but I bet your bridal salon didn't order it right away. Usually, they order it much later than you do so it comes closer to your wedding and they don't have to store it as long.
