I do mine is a DivaMarie (I love it) anyway I am bring a strapless and regular bra to my first fitting to see how it works. My strapless is a corset but I like because it keeps everything in place but I don't know how it is going to work because the dress has bones in it already.

Good luck with whatever you decide.

I wore a Maggie with corset back (Sarchi) and I am 'kinda small on top' so I just had cups sewn in ... no other undergarment (well, undies!!!! )

I have Moriah and wanted to have cuos sewn in. I am very busty so someone told me that might not be possible...I'm going to have to ask the bridal salon when I go for my first fitting.

I have the Avalon and let me tell you, when they tighten the corset back there is no way anything is moving around. I just had cups put in, although I'm small on top. You should try it without anything extra first and see what you think - you might not need anything.

I'm real busty too (DD) and I just assumed I needed a bra, but if they can sew cups in (halleluia) that would be awesome. I'll check that out. Where would I go about getting a good strapless corset/bra anyway?

I have the 'Felicity' maggie dress, and I'm still debating this entire undergarment thing!
I want to make sure everything is sucked 'in'... but when i first tried it on, my Mom told me everything looked perfect, due to the corset back (and she is my worst critic!)

Though I definitely need a bra or cups sewn in (or something) .. I definitely need the lift !!

I have a longline bra that I'm going to try on with it, as well as a regular old strapless .. I'll ask my seamstress what she thinks about sewing cups in.

The men have it SOOO easy .. they just put on a tux and they look fab

I have the Maggie Sottero Topaz dress and I am wearing a corset and undies, no bra. I think all Maggie dresses have that style back and you can either wear it open (with skin showing under the strings) or closed (there is a piece that fits under the strings).

if tied correctly - you should not need anything under the dress - I have the Royal Romance - and I am a bit busty - and I feel very very secure

Mary's in Woodbury is best for any kind of undergarments you wouldn't believe how many woman wear the wrong size bra. They make sure you walk out with the right size but get there early you have to put your name on a list everybody gets personal service.

GOOD LUCK!!!!

I wore the dion, I had cups sewn in & a simple slip underneath (not a bridal slip) with a garterbelt & thigh high stockings. It was very comfy!

Just make certain that when you get the dress you have all the 'backpanels' to cover your skin under the corset part.

ETA: I would strongly reccommend NOT getting another corset to wear underneath. The material in the dress is rather stiff & already restrictive; another corset might make it very uncomfortable.

Cool, I think I'll try not using anything if at all possible (and then maybe some cool garter or something
