Hi girls...I know a lot of us have gotten Maggie gowns for the big day...I was just wondering if anyone else feels like they've been waiting FOREVER for their dress to come in!!!! I ordered mine in September and it STILL hasn't come in....is this normal? Does it always take this long no matter what bridal store you order from? I'm just getting nervious...plus, being my dress is ivory, it's preventing me from getting the exact color veil i need!!!

I ordered my gown in August. I was told it'd be here in Decemeber. I didn't get it until March.

I am so with you on this one. I ordered mine in AUGUST and the wench said it won't come until May (she slipped once and said june and when I pointed it out she corrected herself but I really think she didn't slip at all and my dress will not be here till june, or later) I am LIVID

I ordered mine in September. It came at the beginning of April. I haven't seen it yet, but I have my first fitting 4/24...which I still think is too early for my end of June wedding. Anyway, I know they have to stagger the order times so that their seamstresses can focus on one dress at a time. Don't be livid...be happy. It's free storage!!!

Thanks Girls! Yeah, I'm totally not mad, just nervous....I've been starting to have those dreams where my dress comes in and it's the wrong color, or size, or wrong style altogether...lol... so i'm just nervous/anxioius....like i said, it's just preventing me from getting my accessories and I'd like to start getting all that stuff!!

Where did you order from? Your wedding is the week after mine so we're kind of in the same boat

I ordered mine at the end of September....it was supposed to ship Feb 28....and they told me the shipment was delayed and it didn't come in until THIS WEEK!
eta: BUT, it's totally perfect according to my mom who went to see it (I live in PA!)

OH NO! I am so nervous. I was really late ordering my dress. I just ordered my dress (a Maggie Sotero) this Wednesday. They told me that I was cutting it close BUT the dress would be in by early September (I am getting married Oct 12th). Keeping my fingers crossed!!

i calle dmy bridal salon and they told me they were waiting for all july bvrides dresses to come in. i feel like its late but I am sure it will be ehre soon.

Where did everyone order their Maggie Dress from? I order at Babylon Village Bridal & Boutique (they were at the LIW Bridal Expo at the Hyatt on Monday). They assured me I would have enough time, but now I am nervous. Some people on this thread are saying it took 8 months or more!

I'm getting nervous too! I ordered mine in the end of February and they said it would be in in August. It better be! I ordered mine at Bridal Suite of Bay Shore.

i ordered my Maggie dress (from Bridal Suite, Centereach--love them!) mid-November, and it came in mid-March.
I wonder why some take SO much longer than others.
