Did anyone have trouble emailing them back your photo? The stupid email keeps on telling me something about a SMTP which to my understaning means that they are not accepting my email address for some reason. Did anyone else have this problem? Can someone help???

Nope never had a problem- just hit the reply button on the email and it went right back to them.
