Magnet Street

Anyone else have any experience with them?? I ordered my first set at least 1.5 months ago and the wrong size came -- THEY WERE SO TINY!! They made me re-design and resent the larger ones and I admired their customer service but, I just got the largers ones today. The size is so much better but the quality of my pictures are so bad now!! They are professional pictures and look orange. I am so frustrated the small ones look good but are the wrong size. I need to wait to talk to them tomorrow but, at this point I just want it done right and want them shipped ASAP.

I haven't but I just started looking at their stuff and now I may stay away :( that's the worst part of online vendors! did your photo come from an original print, or a CD image?

Oh no! I am so sorry. That sucks because I was looking forward to using them! I even have my template picked out. I know three others who used them and had no problems with them at all.

I also got my STDs from there. I ordered the 'Just One' sample for two different designs and the one I thought I liked more ended up looking much different in person. If you get the sample, they credit you back the cost of it by sending you a code when you place your final order. Overall, I had a great experience with them!

I'm sorry to hear this! I ordered my STDs from them as well and they came out fine. I did have a problem with them taking long to ship the final quantity (I ordered 1 sample first to make sure we liked the way it looks).

They should resend to you without cost since the error is on their end. Maybe they can overnight a sample so you can confirm it looks right before they create all of magnets.

i really liked magnet street. my only issue with them was that i wanted to have a large magnet with 3 photos and the photos were too tiny. i don't think that was really their fault though and i loved what i got in the end!

Yea I definitely don't doubt their customer service because they have been very accomodating but the printing quality of this second batch is horrible! The coloring was all off and black ink smudges on some of them. They are re-doing them. HOPEFULLY third times the charm. I don't want to put them down bc they are very responsive but this is getting crazy

Sorry you had a bad experience, I can't believe you're having such issues!! I hope they're giving you some money back or something! I had a great experience with them, im so surprised!

Oh my gosh that's so annoying!!! :( Try Minted.com or WeddingPaperDivas.com - they both have magnet STDs if you aren't happy on the 3rd time around.

I ordered mine through them and I got them within two weeks and they were actually bigger than I thought.. I also did not use a photo one though.. I used a regualr beach heart shaped and they were awesome!
