I need to decide on something to get for my Maid of Honor (I'm npt having a bridal party). She is super picky and I lack creativity, so I'm in a bit of a bind...Any suggestions? Help!

All great ideas, and I've thought about all of these, except she already has EVERYTHING - masseuse, Chanel, jewelry. So you can see my dilemma...
