Maid of Honor gift...What did you get yours?

I wanted to get something extra special for my sister. One option is a watch..........
She is a gym teacher, volleyball coach, very athletic and she doesnt wear much jewlery (I think she only wears her cross). What can I get her?
I am so stuck and Im getting frustrated. I was thinking of a gift certificate for a massage and facial but we're probably doing that for my bach. party.............
HELP

ETA What did you guys get yours?

ETA also................I just had a thought. Would it be lame if I made a scrapbook/memory book of me and my sister from when were babies through to now?

I love the idea of the scrapbook-that's perfect. My sister is my MOH; I got all the girls their wraps for the day and a bracelet. For my sister, I also got a ring that says, 'Always Sisters, Forever Friends' and a Snowbabies figurine.

I think the momory book is an awesome idea! I think a personal gift that reflects the two of you would be perfect, I'm sure it would mean a lot to her.

My sister is my MOH, she just moved to SC I found her a really nice stationary set and an adress book. She had told me a few months back that she wants to start writing letters to people, send out some good mail so people get more than bills from the post man
