So I have had plenty of problems with my maid of honor the whole time (she told me when my surprise Jack and Jill was and didn't come, she didn't get measured, all that) She will always be a good friend of mine, no matter what happens, she is just so irresponsible. I have emailed her a few times about what I should do with her dress since she lives in Florida and she never mentions it, and I finally get an email from her this morning saying that it's silly for me to send it to her in FL b/c it's a waste of money and she doesn't know how she will get it back up here... so she just wants to try it on two days before the wedding and hopes it fits... She is driving me insane!! Who does that? It cost $6 to mail (I had to mail my cousin hers who also lives in FL). Honestly if it doesn't fit, I don't want her in the wedding... She is just driving me crazy.. Vent over!

my sister was living in Germany at the time of my other sister's wedding, so when she got here, she went to the cleaners. Beforehand, my dad had asked if they could do it in a day for him- so we would we know it would be done on time for the wedding. Maybe you could look into that since she is being difficult!

i think u need to have a serious talk with her. My moh (also my sister) was acting like she didn't want to be in my wedding a few weeks ago. So i said do u even want to be apart of this??? and shes like i don't care. so a few days later she called me and explained she was just having a rough day and she does want to be my moh. so all is good now. let ur moh know how ur feeling and then decide from there if u still want her as ur moh. That is crazy. I that you should call her back and chat about that. I would be, out of my mind angry, if I were you. Maybe you can come to some kind of compromise.

I already gave her the option of being out of it a few weeks ago, and she said she would never step down for anything, she couldn't wait blah blah blah... It's just frustrating, but at this point, I really don't care. I just thought it was weird that she just hopes it fits
