I was in a wedding and we got our bridesmaid dresses there. There was 7 of us in the bridal party. Half of us had to go and get measured three times because they kept losing our paperwork, this created a problem for 3 of the bridesmaids because I live on long island, one bm was from ct and the other bm was from nj. They also did our alterations on our dresses and we had a bustle. All of our bustles broke about an hour into the reception and all of our dresses were ordered way too big so we paid a lot of money for alterations. I don't know if they have since ironed their kinks out because this was a year ago but I was not impressed with them at all!!!

If you are looking for a great bridal salon in Brooklyn, check out Lotus Bridal. They are located on Avenue U. My BM got their dresses there and Katie & Wendy are a pleasure to deal with. They make everything so easy for the bride.

I would not recommend them. They are nasty to their customers. My aunt went their for her friends wedding and they got nasty and wouldnt pin the dresses for them. And she told them to take their business else where. Plus rumor has it they are closing soon.

I don't know about them (although I know where they are located---a few blocks from my home). If you are looking for a place...I highly recommend Valentina's on New Utrech and 71st (I believe). It is about 15 blocks from Maid to Order. Ask for Daniel

STAY AWAY from that place!
It was so aggravating! We ordered 4 bridesmaids dresses there and they didn't have them ready until just a week before the wedding. Not only that, but they would NOT pick up their phone for a month, and had a full VM, so we couldn't leave mesages. We had to go there to threaten them.
This is the only vendor that I'd complained about.

I don't recommend them. My friend used them for her wedding and everyone had issues with their dresses. Also, very unprofessional, the staff fighting in front of their customers.

is this out in bayridge...if so i was a BM in my friends wedding 3 yrs ago and we got our dresses from there. it was fine. the dresses came in on time... and the ladies were ok... prices were average
