Maid/Matron of Honor Line up

I'm posting thei in both the BHB and 2013 Brides forums.
After a lot of thought, I've decided to ask my best friend to be my matron of honor (that was always my plan) and since my sister and I have become much closer in the past few years, ask her to be my maid of honor. My matron is in Arizona so I'm sure my sister and local family will be doing most of the planning. I've got no problems with this and feel really great about including my sister with a super special position. My only question is about the line up. FH is planning on only having one BM so how do I have everyone walk down the aisle? Usually MOH walks down alone and it calls attention to her position. any of your girls' advice and suggestions would be great!

You can do what you want... nothing set in stone, obv... but I would say either have each MOH walk down alone, have the MOH's walk down together side by side, have the matron walk with the best man and the maid by herself or have them both walk with the best man. I have seen 2 girls to a guy and it looks great.

I am having each of my girls walk in by themselves (groomsmen will already be at the alter). Walking out after the ceremony, I would pair both the Maid of Honor and Matron of Honor with the best man. I would also have them together for introductions.

See I thought the guys would be at the altar too and would leave with the girls, but FH says all but the BM will walk in. I dunno. Also, since FH only has one BM, if both my MOHs walk out with the one BM, we're back at square one, only now we'd have one guy walking alone (square one being that FH had an extra guy and I was short a girl, so I've decided to ask my cousin who I'm close to but she's super oppinionated and doesn't think before she talks)
