Maid/Matron of Honor line up

I'm posting thei in both the BHB and 2013 Brides forums.
After a lot of thought, I've decided to ask my best friend to be my matron of honor (that was always my plan) and since my sister and I have become much closer in the past few years, ask her to be my maid of honor. My matron is in Arizona so I'm sure my sister and local family will be doing most of the planning. I've got no problems with this and feel really great about including my sister with a super special position. My only question is about the line up. FH is planning on only having one BM so how do I have everyone walk down the aisle? Usually MOH walks down alone and it calls attention to her position. any of your girls' advice and suggestions would be great!

I have thought about the same thing. I was thinking of maybe having them walk down together. and the shorter one stand next to me so is not blocked.

Im having both a matron and maid of honor. Im having them walk with FHs BM. If FH wasnt having 2 BM then it woukd have been a GM walking my maid of honor down.

My cousin had this at her wedding. She had the two girls walk together and then after the ceremony she had the BM in the middle of both girls.

The thing about this is that FH only has one BM but each guy matches up with a girl so if I had both MOHs walk with the BM we'd be left with one guy walking alone.

let the BM stand next to the groom for the coming in and let your MOH's walk alone before you.. at the end put one MOH on each side of the BM

Thing is, all the girls match up with a guy, but FH only has one BM, the rest are GM. That would leave one guy walking alone.
