Re: Mail Merge
I've used this for my Christmas cards and engagement party invites. I created a database in excel and then merged it into word.

Re: Mail Merge
same here -- I created the database in excel with the following fields 'name', 'address', 'town', 'state', and 'zip code'
it made it really easy when you went to set up the mail merge in Word. We used it for our e-party invites, and STD's, and eventiually our invites I think.

Re: Mail Merge
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH, so THIS is why I slaved so long on political campaigns and non profits.. so I could DIY my Save the Date cards! It's all so clear to me now. No wonder they didn't pay me so well, because they knew they were giving me life skills I could use in planning my wedding.
Yeah, I had to explain to FW about this to make our life easier. So very excited. As long as the printer doesn't jam.

Re: Mail Merge
Yes, you can do a mail merge by first creating an excel spreadsheet (like the person above me described) and then do a 'mail merge for LABELS' in MSWord. Then you can use the Avery 5660 Label form and print on the clear labels....they come out GREAT!
