Okay, so my guest list in Excel. I want to make mailing labels for the invitations. Someone said, just 'mail merge' them. How do I do that?

Ugh, mail merge is the bane of my existance.
I can be so dramatic can't I? Anyway, open up Word, go to Tools, Letter and Mailings, Mail Merge. It gives you step by step instructions on how to import your excel spreadsheet. I won't lie, it's very frustrating and it will definitely take a few tries before you get it right but it will work. I'm leaving work right now, but if you have any questions feel free to FM me and I'll try to walk you through it later this evening.

***make sure your columns in excel are named (salutation, address, first name, last name, etc). It will help when you set it up!!
