Mail Merge - HELP!

Someone was talking about Mail merges last night.... At some point in my life - I would do them a lot - now.. notsomuch!

Can anyone help me out here,... I am trying to Merge from Excel... I can merge into word right? I thought I had to. I am confusing myself and the help feature isn't much help honestly lol

yes you can merge into word.

what version do you have?

i was the girl talking about mail merge...

i didnt get a chance to do it.

they told me to label columns in excell

first name
last name
address 1
address 2
city state zip

thats all i understand

I have my columns all set - i jstu need to merge it - and I am having a brain fart right about now lol

damn I have the newer version ok.

tools
merge
labels
choose the size small (30 on page ) is 5160
large, 6 on page 5164

insert fields . heres where you insert the columns you want in to print on the label. so hit return for the next line etc.

then merge and print.

in excel?!

eta - I have the newer version at home - that might be easier doing it there...
