Mail Merge in Word??

Hey girls.....I'm trying to perform a mail merge in Word so that I can print out address labels. I'm following the directions to a T (at least I think I am) and it is just not working!!!!!

Can anyone help me out??

The problems I had when I first did that were:

When you get to arrange the labels, you need to put in the address block in the top left hand label and then you need to hit update all labels.

When you click on address block, select match all fields to make sure your fields match the ones word identifies (name, street, town, city, etc) because sometimes it doesn't.
