Um, no... not yet... but if they don't send a bill, they're not getting any money... haha! It will be hurting once I book photo/video and limos, and invites.... we're waiting until Justin graduates in May, then there will be a wedding planning frenzy of epic proportions!

I have one two pocket folder, with all my contracts.. It's barely full. I'm such a wedding planner slacker.

oh you would laugh at how crazy i am with my binder then. i should take a picture of it lol.

i have tabs...flowerfield, guest list, engagement party, dj, photog, invites, dress/tux, florist, officant...etc.

all the contracts are with their tabs as well as other quotes i got from similar vendors and any other email communication from that vendor.
then i have a spreadsheet with all my totals for the vendors that automatically updates when i make payments and i have a grand total of what will be spent and how much is owed in full on the entire wedding.
my guestlist is color coded to who the guest is..then there's columns for all sorts of things

Well if you have issues, so do I. I also have the accordion folder and use it to hold anything that I decided NOT to go with....this absolutely DOES NOT close. Actually it's starting to split. But I plan to keep it for a friend that I think might be getting engaged in the next year or so.

Then I have my binder...tabbed and color coded with all of my contracts and receipts.

And of course I also have spreadsheets. One spreadsheet for vendors, color coded, and automatic balance updater as well.

One spreadsheet for guest list with columns for each 'wedding event' (e-party, shower, wedding, std, etc.), how many invited, yes/no rsvp, how many coming, gift or not, thank you or not

Another spreadsheet for non-budget payments - i.e. anything we're paying for that's not part of the 'official' wedding budget (i.e. BP gifts, planners, magazines, etc.)

Guess I'm just as crazy as you..........

it started to get like that, but what happened was, after i booked my DJ, photog/videog, and florist, anything i get in the mail from other vendors im not saving anymore, im trashing....so its helped!!!

although anything i have in those categories from BEFORE i booked is still in there!! i have friends that just got engaged so i figured i can give them info if they ask!

but i have like 12 magazines i still havent pulled stuff out of yet!!! when i do that its gonna be even worse!! LOL

me too but i have 2. i actually just basically ran out of room on both. 1 is all my ideas and everything and the other is all the crap i ever got from vendors i'm interested in, quotes, etc, etc, etc
