Majestic Gardens Questions & STD & OOT Guest Questions

I'm new here, been lurking for a while and actively post on LIF. I'm not getting married, but my younger Sister is and as her MOH, I'm helping her A LOT, so I hope it's okay that I post here!
She is booked for Majestic Memorial Day weekend 08. She forgot to ask a couple of questions today
Do they provide table numbers?
Do they allow a rehearsal the day before?
Do they have valet parking?
Menu Cards ~ Is that something she should do herself?
Where did you have your OOT guests stay? I know the Hampton Inn on 83, Raddisson and the Holiday Inn on 347. How far in advance do you call to block off rooms and how does that work? She should send something with the STD with the accomodation suggestions right?
Sorry for so many questions! I've never planned a wedding and I'm trying to help her as much as I can since we are both pretty clueless!
