Major Dress Alterations

Hello Everyone,

I am considering using my sister's wedding dress for my ceremony. It is a peach Lazaro ball gown with detailed belt. I want to have it altered to match a dress I have seen from Ersa Atelier which has lace sleeves and a tulle belt. Does anyone recommend a person or bridal salon that they have had a dress majorly altered by?
