major issue, really need your help ladies.
So here's my situation: as some of you ladies know, my family is involved with the rh I am getting married at, this being the case, I have basically grown up with the people that work there. We have almost finalized our guest list for the wedding, and last night my MOH asked Me if I want one of the ladies from the office invited to the bridal shower(keep in mind, all the other women from the office I grew up with are invited to it). The reason this is a sticky situation is there are 3 maintenance managers at the RH, my family is close with one, he and his wife are invited to the wedding. We have 3 restaurant managers, 1 my father considers like a son (he and his wife are invited) 1 no one is close with, this he is not invited. The last 1 I am very close with (more so than the one my father considers like a son, who NY the way did not invite FH and I to his wedding this past Nov., only dad and his gf) now the issue comes, this woman I am close with, the third manager, just got married this past Jan. (no guests at all)to one of the other managers of the maintenance dept at the RH.
We have 400 plus guests expected at our wedding. It will be extra long (8 to 9 hours) not including photos. And will need all the maintenance staff possible. My fathers biggest concern is not having the maintenance management staff needed on for that night (understandable) if I invite this woman, I have to invite her husband, leaving only one maintenance manager on. (normally, there are at least 2 maintenance managers on per event, now I would have one with double the amount of guests.).
So ladies, what do I do? I know this is really long and I apologize for that, but I am stick, truly stick. I really like this woman and want her as a guest (keep. In mind I'm inviting other people I'm not that close with and she knows that). I was told her husband probably would not come, but there are no guarantees as everyone knows. (she has also held a grudge against another person from the office she was close with who invited staff members but didn't invite her 5 years ago. She was hurt and severed all ties with them. I don't want that to happen.)
What would you do in my situation?! My MOH needs to know if she is being invited to the bridal shower, and I am so stick right now! Please help! Any advice would be wonderful!
TIA!
