all vendors are booked and confirmed. have to finalize ceremony, ceremony music and dj selections working on invites working on ceremony seating batting around table names and table cards need to order matches, disposable cameras and favors costume is done guest list final tasting tomorrow makeup trial saturday *is there anything major i am forgetting to stress about?

Regarding matches- my hall does not allow smoking AT ALL inside or near the front door. If you are not a smoker just consider that matches are really only used for one thing, smoking.
You need hair trial schedule fittings wedding ring are you doing programs for your ceremony?, Rehersal, if you are having one purse of some kind bridal party gifts honeymoon/ stuff for honeymoon favors register must have photo list for photographer where are you staying the night of your wedding cake design/flavors little stuff like ring pillow if you have a RB, flower basket for FG, stuff like that

matches....
I disagree about the matches thing...at first I felt the same, but A) several of my friends collect matches from various events/restaurants, etc., and B), I love having matches around when I want to light candles and I never have them! I got the box matches and they look nice. Just giving another opinion to the matches thing!

April order matches creat inserts- maps, pictures, directions buy rings (already picked out) stamp, stuff and mail invites by 5/1 book honeymoon (i know i know) choose tuxes get gms to go and get measured book limo mom(s) and dad gift
May schedule fittings finalize ceremony have officiant (friend) and FW over for dinner GM gifts Plan rehersal create reheral invites and mail have apartment cleaned
June buy outfits for rehersal and post wedding brunch decorate bell cards decorate bubbles childrens favors bridal jewelry thank you gift for rehersal host thank you gifts for wedding helpers (my cousins) decorate favors mail direction cards to vendors confirm hair and make-up call no RSVPs book BM luncheon mail BM luncheon invites create programs meet and finalize plans with vendors confirm BM have shoes and dresses buy polaroid, glue/tape and pen for guest book create sign for guestbook instructions design disposable camera scavenger hunt decide ceremony and cocktail music list phot must haves go to fitiings

As for matches...My favors are candles, so I figured I should have matches to go with them...we are also having a cigar hour...I also knew I always wanted them, b/c my mother had matches from my uncles wedding, with the date and I always liked that

yabbobay , wow great list...I may have to borrow some of it!
FI and I hate smoking and I got matches. We thought they were cute and they were relatively cheap so we ordered them. The cocktail hour room has a separate room with a bar we may use for a smoking lounge after the cocktail hour is over!

(the matches - we are having a brandy/jazz hour after the event, and they offer cigars - so we are doing cigar matches.)
