Majorly Stressed!!! ...Invites...

Majorly Stressed!!! ...Invites...

I am freaking out!!! I want to mail my invites out tomorrow, but I am worried that they are going to get ruined if they are delivered to people on Saturday b/c of the rain that is expected. My RSVP date is May 25th... can I wait until Monday (April 25th) to mail them out?
What to do..what to do?? Should I just send them tomorrow and hope that they get to most people by Friday and not worry about them getting delivered in the rain on Saturday? I don't know.

I would just wait until Monday, it's only the difference of one day.

If it makes you feel better, mail them on Monday. I mailed mine 3/18/05 for a 4/18/05 RSVP and the people that RSVP will do so promptly, the ones that don't, wont'. I'm still missing about a 1/3 so I don't think 2 days matter.

I would mail them today, and not worry about the rain - it could be 99 degrees outside, and not a cloud in site, and invitations get ruined (along w/normal mail) all the time. I understand how much time, effort, and money you put into them, but honestly, people throw them away, rip them up, etc....anyway.

I wouldn't worry about the rain, but waiting an extra day shouldn't hurt.

ditto,,I wouldnt let the weather determine when to send out the invites....

unless people have mailboxes with holes in them..

I sent mine out in a snow storm and everyone's arrived just fine. I don't know...mail is mail, but if you are that stressed about it, then wait a day or so,

You could definitely wait till Monday, although I dont think rain will ruin your invitations.
