MAKE IT STOP!

Help!

Ever since I logged in, I have been BOMBARDED with emails from vendors. I switched my email address to my 'other' email address, but they are still coming. I love the board, but I can't take all the mail coming in - it is a real pain in the a## -

How can I get it to stop?

It will stop, don't worry! I registered about 2 months ago and it has basically stopped.

ya it is very annoying! But it stops. i barely get anything now unless I ask about something on their board.

I agree, it stops after a while. If not create another account with an email address which you dont really use.

isn't there an option under 'my account' that you can change that? I thought there was.....but I could be wrong.

Yeah, it does stop after a while. I didn’t mind it so much because it gave me something to do while I was trying to avoid doing work, lol. What really ticked me were the phone calls at home!

I'm RIGHT WITH YA! I registered last week and it hasnt stopped. the kicker is the 20 pieces of junk mail i received via USPS this past weekend! holy save a tree people! :)

Yeah, this was happening to me too like crazy and it got really annoying, so I put in a 'dummy' mailing address . . .that nipped that problem in the bud

i got so many e-mails every day for a few weeks when i first signed up but it stops after a while.

I registered a long time ago when my friend got married and I was her MOH. I needed help from you ladies! I don't remember ever getting bombarded with stuff. Maybe it was because I wasn't the bride then
