I dont think so. The few make up ppl I have spoken too have all had a flat fee.

I'm not so sure...the ones who are really busy I'd say probably not because they can easily book the day with someone else.

I'd say the only thing that may be negotiable is say a travel fee...if you've got a lot of girls needing hair and makeup that may be something they'd waive.
