Is there anyone that will come to your hotel and do hair/make-up if it is only the bride and not a whole group?

Yes, there are a few out there...right off the top of my head is:

Mia from Bridal Lounge - who does both hair & makeup

David Khaliki (sp?) - who does both hair (simple styles) and makeup
