Make Up Artist Brooklyn
Does anyone have any recommendations for a makeup artist located in Brooklyn? I was recommended by a few people to The Art of Makeup by Helene BUT her prices are kind of high and seem to change everytime I speak to someone. THEN when I looked online she got mixed reviews online so Im a lil nervous and wanted to know if anyone else had any positive experiences with people =) Post pics if you can =)) THANK YOU SO MUCH!
