Does anyone have any reccomendations? I was going to try Helene at The Art Of Makeup but Im hearing mixed reviews about her and she doesnt really post pictures and Im becoming a lil nervous/skeptical.
Or if you know an amazing artist that travels, but wont cost me a fortune? *** is booked Im soooo upset! =(

most of the vendors that girls use on here do travel to you so you dont necessarily need to have one that is located in brooklyn. I live in queens and had make and hair done at my house and both hair and make up artists lived in manhattan and travelled to me.
you said you dont want anyone expensive but by isnt M* I *A now charging $150 for trials and $400 for day of, somebody posted recently her prices went up and that was the price now. So if she is booked then dont feel bad since you didnt want to spend alot.
I would just ask girls on here which affordable make up artist they used that travels. I know Oksana travels and she is popular on here

Definitely try Natasha. She does airbrush, and creates great work. She travels to meet you whereever you're getting ready. FM me for info

I found this other artist that her pics are gorgeous Karen W. I dont know if anyone used her. If anyone did please let me know your experience.

We used Helene at the Art of Make up for my sons wedding and she did a fabulous job. We all got ready at the Hilton Garden Inn by JFK and she came there along with one of the hairdressers and they did the hair and make-up of the bride, her mom and sister, some bridesmaids and I just had my make up done. I did do a trial with her beforehand and told her the day of the wedding that I didn't want too much foundation and she did just what I wanted. Good luck! Liz

Def. look into Lorraine at Concept Elite in Marine Park. Love her! Used her twice and was very happy with her work.
