make-up at counter/tip?

I did a search but could not find anything specific. Ladies if you got your make up done for free at a department store counter did you or would you tip? Thanks

If I was happy with the outcome I would definitely tip.

The girls might not be able to accept a tip....what about purchasing some products like lipstick, liner, powder

The girls at Macys /blomies are not alowed to accept a tip at the counter. Against company policy!! But if you were to purhcase something from the girl who did your makeup she would then get a commision!!
