Make up/ hair referral near The Garden City Hotel?

Is anyone using or know of any salons near The Garden City Hotel? I'm staying there the night before my wedding and would like to go somewhere nearby to have my hair done that morning and possibly my make up if the person I have in mind doesn't work out.
If so, and you've already had your trial I'd love to see pictures.

there's a red door spa on franklin ave in garden city...that does both hair and make up and a few hair places right by 6th-7th st and franklin ave in gc (i dont know the names...just that there are a few).

and then there is 'my favorites' 90 jericho turnpike (by the mcdonalds) in mineola....that's where ginaz got her hair done...it was veryyyyy reasonably priced and her hair came out great (you could fm her)
