Make-up-Jacqueline Nicole &Dress-Mary Lo BridalReflections-Massapequa
Hi everyone!
I have't written for a while since I have been on overdrive trying to plan everything for my wedding before August is over (I am a teacher so I don't want to have anything to do come September). I know I will not have everything finished by September, but I have gotten a lot done this month.
Limos - Sir Oliver - Michelle is awesome!
Hair - Denise Venti - I know I will be raving about her soon - I booked her even before a trial b/c she was so absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work with at my sister's wedding last year!

I have ordered Save the Dates and invitations through The Watermill and amazing Samantha's help
Church - St. Brigid's in Westbury
I still have to get my sisters together to decide on bride's maid dresses( we will be going to Bridal Reflections in Massapequa). **********************
HERE IS THE REAL RESON FOR MY POST!!!!!
I wanted to let everyone know that I booked Jacqueline Nicole to do my make-up and I have to rave!!! My sisters and I (I have 4 sisters) believe that Jacqueline Nicole could possibly be the nicest and sweetest individual we have ever met - no joke!! She is amazing and I would not want to work with anyone else on my wedding day. She is also an amazing make-up artist - I was so happy with my make-up trial. I booked Jacqueline Nicole and I highly recommend that anyone who has not found someone to do make-up on the big day to please go and meet with Jacqueline Nicole for a trial (www.prettyme.com)
Next, I have not yet made the final decision on a dress but it is down to 2 at Bridal Reflections. Actually, I shouldn't even say it is down to 2 - I know the dress I will choose the next time I go. More importantly, the woman who helped me at Bridal Reflections was Mary Lou - she is wonderful!! She has helped me to become confident with my decision for my dress for the big day. There is this one dress that is really - ME!! I knew it from the moment I put it on, but I needed assurance. I was looking at other gowns that were more expensive and Mary Lou knew that the dress that was mine should be mine! She wasn't trying to pust the more expensive dresses that I tried on - she truly cared about how I looked and what flattered my body. I dealt with some annoying women at other bridal shops and women who were not annoying at all since they offered no help. Mary Lou is awesome and I highly recommend her to any of you who are still looking for the one (does anyone else think that the way women talk about the dress is similar to the way we talk about our FH? Just a thought - I HAVE FOUND THE ONE! I KNEW THE MOMENT I SAW IT!! :) :))![]()
