Make up Trial

I had a hair and makeup trial yesterday. Unfortunately it rained last night and I didn't have an umbrella so my hair was a mess by the time I got home. There is 1 before picture and the other 3 are all take 7 hours after my makeup session. I have to say it held up pretty well. I never wear make up, it was weird look at myself in the mirror or even looking at these pictures. What do you think? Should I have her tone it down a bit?

I think it came out great. I love the colors she used for your eyeshadow.

As for toning it down- I think it looks fine, but if your personal style is a little less, do what you feel comfortable with!

Thank you. I didn't like the lip color she used so I wiped it off. I prefer lip gloss, no color.
The lashes are a bit much for me. I was seeing doubles for the first 10 minutes. Eventually it went away.

ok, I would NOT have her tone it down at all. I cant really tell are you wearing anything on your lips? -the 3rd picture it looks like it and I dont like the Pink, keep to a shimmery gloss if that is what you prefer but something with a little tint if nothing else. You need a little more oomph on your lips. I think also a little more color on your cheeks. Remember that outside the colors will fade b/c of brightness so you may looked washed. For photographs unfortunately less is more does not work-more is not necessarily better but when I looked in the mirror on my wedding day I felt like I had way too much make up on but in pictures its doesnt look that way.

Otherwise, The colors are perfect for you and it highlights your face very well!

Thank you. I don't know anything about makeup. I figure I'd let her do her thing. She put a strip of clear tape on my eyelid to open my eyes more. I have what they called the 'asian' eye. It justs makes the fold of my eyelid more noteceable. Weird....

I know what you're talking about. My fiancee is asian too. When his sister got married her makeup looked amazing. I almost didn't recognize her because she never wears makeup. Your makeup looks very pretty in the pics though. I would definately keep the look.

True Love Wedding. It's an asian vendor in Flushing Mall. Definately glad I went them. wink with my asian eye.

No don't tone it down, it looks great!! I also prefer lipgloss so just have her put some lipgloss for the day of. I really like it and it doesn't look like it's too much.
