If I want to get my trial done in November...how soon before should I call to make the appointment? do they book fast?

I think it depends. If the person you want books fast, I would call just told have the date reserved until you decide at your trial. I booked my makeup without a trial, so I don't plan on getting one until March or April of 2010.
