What is the average prices for make-up and hair for the bride, bridal party, mother of the bride?
Is there ususally a charge to have them come to your house?

Make-up/Hair Prices
The prices vary so much. Elena is $150 for bridal hair with makeup, $275 if she stays with you until after your first dance as an assistant. Kristen's prices are posted on here somewhere but it is around $85 for hair, $60 for makeup, maybe a bit more.
Then there are girls that I have read on weddingchannel.com that spent $300 just on makeup.
Most will come to your home.
