Anyone know any good makeup artists that can do makeup and cover a tattoo???

I don't know of a makeup artist. but I do know of tatoo covering make-up. You can get it at Nordstrom. I will attach a link with examples of how it works.

Teresa D is a makeup artist. She is a trainer for Mac Makeup as well as free lance for brides. She is fantastic and I know she has done brides before who need tattoos covered.

Any artist who does Air Brush Makeup should be able to cover a tattoo.

I know Jill Harth does. I spoke to her today and she actually mentioned that on her list of the things that she can do with make-up. I booked a trial with her for next week!
